Selected work

Built around real operations.

Each project replaced something the business depended on every day — spreadsheets, a platform that could not change, a rigid ERP, or paper at the gate. Same method every time: understand the real workflow, then build the system around it.

A few of the projects

What each business ran on before, and what we built instead.

Every project below starts with the operation and what was breaking in it, then the system that replaced it. Described by what it does, not by client name.

01 · Verified pickups · Mobile, kiosk and portals

Facility & freight operations

Mobile, kiosk and portal system that verifies the driver and the truck at the gate, blocks a pickup when they don't belong to the same carrier, and gives the shipper and the consignee one shared record. Check-in time halved.

02 · Transportation · Custom TMS

A carrier running on Google Sheets

A carrier moved off Google Sheets onto one custom TMS, department by department: dispatch, accounting, shop, HR, compliance and payroll.

03 · Freight brokerage · Custom TMS

A brokerage on a platform it could not change

A freight brokerage chose to move off Truckstop ITS onto a custom platform built to its own workflow: bids, carrier documents, invoicing, tracking, load boards and two-way QuickBooks.

04 · Production & costing

Replacing a legacy ERP without losing the truth

A manufacturer replaced a rigid legacy ERP and the spreadsheets around it with one operational ledger for sales, purchasing, production, stock and cost.

05 · Food production · Ukraine

What a wheel of cheese actually costs

A Ukrainian cheese producer moved inventory, recipes, batch tracking and leftovers into one system that calculates the self-cost of every product — including products made from other products.

06 · Agricultural supply · Ukraine

One platform for the whole company, shaped to how it actually sells

A Ukrainian agricultural supply company customised a standard company-management platform end to end — sales, field representatives, a barcoded tire warehouse picked in physical first-in-first-out order, production of dual wheels for tractors, accounting, finance, and live dashboards for the owners.

Yours won't look like any of these.

Which is rather the point. Every operation gets the architecture it actually needs.
